Everything you need to know before booking your trip.

If a booking is made for a tour on behalf of more than one participant, the person making the booking is deemed to have accepted these Terms and Conditions on behalf of all individuals included in the reservation. A booking is considered confirmed, and these Terms and Conditions become binding, once Steppe Eagle LLC has received the required deposit from the client (normally 30% of the total tour price) and written confirmation of the booking has been issued by Idre Tour Mongolia. The person confirming the booking must be at least 18 years old and agrees to provide complete and accurate information as requested by Steppe Eagle for the purpose of processing and confirming the reservation.

Yes. All our tours can be tailored based on your interests, travel dates, group size, and activity preferences. We specialize in private and bespoke Mongolia journeys.

Internet is available in Ulaanbaatar and some ger camps. In remote areas, connectivity is limited or unavailable.

A ger (yurt) is a traditional Mongolian felt dwelling. Tourist ger camps provide beds, bedding, meals, and shared or private bathroom facilities depending on the camp level.
